Terms of Service

CashAlo is a payment service, not a bank. These terms explain how the cash-out service works. Please read them before placing an order.

Orders and rates

CashAlo converts the assets you send into Indonesian Rupiah cash at the rate shown when you place the order. The rate is locked for 15 minutes. Every fee is itemized before you confirm.

Identity verification

You must complete identity verification with accurate details before your first order. Orders may be declined or held for additional checks, including a request to explain the source of funds.

Refunds

Funds already sent are not refundable unless the order is declined.

Balance

Cash is paid in fixed multiples. The rounding remainder is recorded as a balance you can apply to a later order or withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet in your own name. Balances are not bank deposits.

Virtual card

The virtual card is not available yet. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. Planned pricing may change before launch.
